Inquiry privacy notice

Information submitted through the inquiry form is used to respond to your request and manage the related service inquiry.

The form asks for contact details, a required typed installation address, plan selection, and an optional message. Access is limited to authorised staff through the internal application.

You may optionally submit one installation-location point using your device location or manual map selection. We request browser location only after you press the location button, do not collect continuous tracking information, and store the point only when you submit the inquiry. Authorised staff use it to assess the inquiry and plan a possible site visit; a pin does not guarantee serviceability.

You may remove the pin before submission and may submit an inquiry using only the required typed address.

Do not include passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive credentials in the message field.
